Inspiring approach to improved health
This book was so good that I listened twice and bought a physical copy. It outlines a strategy based on relatively small and meaningful changes that lead to health and overall weight loss. If you are not a believer in calorie restriction or other types of restrictive diets and are looking to create sustainable change, I highly recommend this resource. I can see the results in the mirror and in my overall energy. Liz's narration made this an enjoyable and easy read.

Love this program!
Love the sensible elements of this program. I love that she take a behavior modification approach that addresses many pillars of health in addition to diet alone. I have been following her program for two weeks so far and I’m finding easy to follow and effective.

Simple yet Go getter
This book helped me make better choices. We all have habits that are good and bad. I've been changing some that were bad to good. I like the way she thinks. This has been life changing
Before I listened to this book,I has pretty much given up on even trying to loose weight. After listening to this I actually have hope again. Target 100 breaks it down into Achievable goals and is not overwhelming. Thank you Liz!

Highly recomend this book
If you could sum up Target 100 in three words, what would they be?
I feel like Liz is speaking directly to me! I have struggled with my weight for 10 years. trying everything and always feeling like I couldn't do it no matter what. Well guess what, yes it is me but not everything all at once! I have to make SMALL CHANGES and be consistent. I finally feel like i am prepared for this journey and no overwhelmed. Thank you Liz!!

I loved this book

Just another low carb plan
Nothing revolutionary to see here, just another low carb plan masquerading as something doable. For those of us who absolutely suffer doing low carb diets, this book is pretty useless. The narration is fine, but the content is nothing new.
