I definitely recommend this book.

This is a well-thought out, well-written book that will help anyone, especially men, get to the size they want with the best healthy regimen. The beginner workout was pretty hard and left me extremely sore. Now it's time to get on it and do the exercises. After a few weeks, I'm sleeping better feel a lot less stress. My next challenge is to eat like an adult, not like a hungry teen. Good book good listen...
