Excellent experience

This book is dynamite! It contains practical, easy steps and tips how to build muscle and burn fat at the same time! Author is personal trainer and nutrition coach , this book, too, was exactly what I was looking for :) There is checklist on the end of the chapters which helps you to summarize everything what you have listen .

Effective book

This was my first Audible book. I’ve been reading other keto type books, but hearing it was effective. I am really encouraged to keep going on this eating lifestyle plan. Hint: when you get to the recipe chapter, get a piece of paper ready! There are some great recipes!

Based on solid science, and very clearly presented Unlike many other experts who expound on nutrition and Fitness, the author didn't have an ax to grind,or anything to sell.
