I loved how the book is set up and how easily it was to follow. Its informative and makes for a good reference to have in your home health library. It is very rewarding to find books that information I haven't come across before. This book has several nuggets I had not seen before. I think it is a good resource for those wanting to learn how to change their body composition. I loved how the book is set up and easy to follow. It will make a good reference in my home library. The best part of this book is anyone can listen to it. It doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or you already have some experience with fitness. It will give you some solid insights to get shredded. This book contains every information you need for your fitness goal, from supplements to nutrient timing to grocery shopping tips. The author explains many diet things involved with muscle building like when to eat, what to eat, and why you need to eat, and there is much advice for building muscle. Overall it is a very informative book.
