Starting Calisthenics
This audiobook is a really good guide to starting Calisthenics.
It concentrates on the pros and cons of the exercise regime. Whilst it does describe some of the exercises you will need.
I do think that any beginner will need a video or guidance from an expert practitioner.
The audiobook is a really informative and will answer many of your questions.
Narration is clear and concise.
