I would've liked this if there had been a few chapter breaks, particularly after the intro. I don't want to listen to info about the manufacturers website everytime I go to meditate.
This isn't my favorite meditation. The narrator's voice is youthful but not particularly restful.
I prefer Guided Meditations for Stress Reduction by Bodhipaksa, which audible also sells.
