Do YOU want to program yourself to super-boost your positive mind-set and feel AND be great?
This Dr. Janet Hall "Super-boost Your Self-Esteem with Hypnosis" recording contains a deeply relaxing and highly effective Ericksonian Metaphor that communicates with the subconscious mind and programs it for peace and serenity.
Often called "Story Telling" hypnosis, this method is one of the most effective and powerful forms of hypnosis because it generally eliminates the conscious mind's propensity to block suggestions.
Suggestions are hidden so that the mind makes its own interpretations and finds its own meanings in them. That allows the metaphors to have a maximum positive effect on YOU.
The story holds and DISTRACTS your conscious attention, which allows the hidden suggestions to slip into your unconscious more easily.

One word. Terrible. There is really nothing positive said. The narrtor is turning pages during ,ahh,(turn, turn),hmmm, the reading. Very unproffesionally put together. The content and the narrator are equally Terrible.

The audio quality of this recording is poor, particularly the editing. At one point, following the induction, the music cuts out, there is silence for several seconds and then the narrator begins again. During this portion of the induction, paper rattling and shuffling can be heard in the background quite noticeably. This seems very much like a hacked together production which is distracting during the hypnosis process. I would be very hesitant to buy any more inductions from this author again.

Towards the end of the book I can hear what sounds like papers being suffled. It's very distracting and I'm not sure how effective the sessions are. I find myself listening for the papers in stead of the book.
