Publisher's Summary

Life isn't always easy, unless of course you are an Instagram travel blogger who pretends it is.

Once in a while, things happen, things you can't always control such as rain on your wedding day or needing to take a shit during a 2-hour job interview, but what if there was a way to train your mind to not give a f*ck?

In this book, you will learn the best secrets of when to give a f*ck, but most importantly, train yourself to know exactly when and how to NOT give a f*ck so you can live a better life.

You will learn about:

  • The top 10 things I personally don't give a f*ck about and you shouldn't either
  • The step by step method to categorize your f*cks into the list so you know exactly when they happen to apply your not giving a f*ck mentality
  • How to face fear and accept your vulnerabilities so you don't have to give out so many unnecessary f*cks
  • All the pain in the ass at work such as how to not give a fuck at a meeting, the types of co-workers and how to not give a fuck about them, or how to handle your aggressive and bullying boss in a not giving a f*ck way
  • The joy of family and how to not give a f*ck when needed
  • And so much, much more...

Is anything above resonating with you?

If yes, then congratulations!

Listen to this book now, and let's start to not give a f*ck and have an awesome, stress-free and kick butt life.

An Absolute Must

This should be the only self help book on the market! If the F word offends you, please get over it and listen to this book. I found where I thought I made improvements in my life, that I was genuinely deceiving myself. This book provides examples on how to take back your life, not with aggression as the F word implies, but by effective assertiveness and reminding you that your fear is your limit. There is a lot of humor in the book, but also very valid points on what not to give a F about. I plan on listening to this whenever I think I need a reminder, and even when I dont think I do, because I tend to take on too many monkeys, enough for a zoo. Now I am comfortable enough to just had out bananas. I highly recommend this book for you or as a gift to everyone!

Should be a required listen for anyone in management

I was rolling in the aisles on this one. Listened to it in the drive home from work after an especially hellish shift. This book was just what I needed. A lighthearted yet insightful way to look at various stress factors in life and how to deal with them. Loved it. Highly recommend it. I was voluntarily provided this free review copy audiobook by the author, narrator, or publisher.

Great advice on how not to stress about dumb stuff

This is a great little book, and it's a little tough to write a clean review about a book that's so loaded with profanity, especially as it's used in such a charming way.

Not offensive to me one bit, this delightful book put things in perspective and pretty much lays it on the line: If you want to live your life pleasing others, then you're going to be stressed all the time. But if you're willing to live your life the way you want to, then go ahead -- but be prepared to take a stand and live with the consequences of the people in your life who WILL judge you, who WILL try to guilt-trip you into changing to please them, and who WILL disown you if you don't bend to their will.

What you do with that is up to you, but there's no reason to stress about it. That's the bottom line I got out of it. Some examples.

You're a smoker, and your sister keeps hassling you to quit. She says you can't visit her and your nephews anymore unless you quit. You don't want to quit, so you decide to stop visiting them. No need to judge who's right and who's wrong. Just try not to give a blank. It is what it is.

You came out of the closet and one set of your divorced parents chooses to no longer see you. Okay, that's their prerogative. But why should that stress you out? Maybe it's hurtful, but is being hurt going to change their mind? Nope. It's their loss. You should try not to give a you know what. Easier said than done at times, but it's something to strive for.

That's the kind of tough talk this book employs to help you live your life the way you want without others manipulating you anymore into giving a blank and caving into their whims.

It's empowering. It also tells you the sorts of things you should give a blank about, just so you don't get carried away. I was given a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

Very fun to listen to

Most enjoyable. I really loved this "self-help" book. As it was more along the lines of what you shouldn't care about. It told you basically stop taking on all the B.S. And love life. Well written and fun to listen to.

why give a F*ck

I really enjoyed this book but one problem, why should I give a F*ck about doing a review? Do you give a F*ck?

anyway I have to point out there were a few mistakes one being you said chapter 6 when it was chapter 8 maybe it was on purpose because you are trying to say don't give a F*ck but just thought I would point it out. I do feel much better and don't give a F*ck where it doesn't need a F*ck. and I can see this review being taken down because of the f*cks I am saying but reminder this book is about Not Giving A F*ck! don't worry about what others think, don't give a F*ck. I would like to here more though when it comes to having a family and kids. like your kids fighting and when to give a F*ck, though I think I have that well under control I would love to hear your opinion.

not too many books do I tend to enjoy and perfer reading them myself. but kinda of confessions of a mommy (or something like that) I enjoyed the way the book was done. maybe next time though I can get a hard copy or Kindle version.
