Publisher's summary
Migraine Relief with Delta, Binaural and Isochronic Background Music Tones: Acute pain like headaches and migraine attacks can be very disturbing to the sufferer. Randy Charach's Migraine Relief has been created to help sufferers prepare in advance of attacks by giving them the means to try to eliminate the stresses and tensions that tend to trigger an attack.
Hypnosis is a viable alternative to pain medication, even for those who have suffered from migraine headaches for years. Migraines are triggered by certain events and are classified as a type of headache that usually starts on one side of the head or the other and lasts for between 4 and 72 hours. Hypnosis is effective in treating migraine headaches because it can focus on the triggers that lead to the headaches. When the veins and arteries around the brain get inflamed, the symptom is often a migraine headache. Inflammation can occur from the consumption of alcohol or caffeine, but it is most often set off from tension, fatigue and emotional stress or trauma - these areas are effectively managed through hypnosis.
Emotional stress, trauma and tension are controllable and through hypnosis; you can learn to deal with them before they trigger a migraine headache. Hypnosis is able to induce a state of relaxation equivalent to the way the body relaxes just prior to drifting off to sleep. While in this state, thoughts and emotions alike are sorted through and organized. The mind is placed at ease and emotions are put into perspective.
Self-hypnosis is a powerful and natural way to cope with migraines and prevent them in the future. You will want to listen to this recording every day and/or night. Start experiencing the feelings of a one-to-one complete real hypnosis session, with this three-in-one (rapport building, self-hypnosis training, and hypnotherapy) legendary self-hypnosis recording.
Migraine Relief with Delta, Binaural, and Isochronic Background Music Tones is a powerful brainwave meditation program - a mix of three tones - It acts as a gym for your brain, strengthening and improving your mental capacity. It helps you release stress, boost your brain power, skyrocket your mood and energy levels and so much more. Boost your mental capacity, improve your memory and creativity. It increases focus and brain power.... It uses the power of brainwaves to change your state of mind - bringing about true peak performance in a matter of days. This effective speaking self-hypnosis recording will help you to get past your negative thoughts. It will teach you to be confident and charismatic while you are speaking.
The script was written and narrated by Randy Charach, US-based Canadian celebrity public speaker, hypnotist, and infopreneur. Randy Charach's clients include many famous people, like John Travolta, Tony Curtis, and Sean Penn to name just a few, as well as hundreds of others. As a public speaker, he has addressed audience at companies like Microsoft, CocaCola, Disney, IBM and Xerox and many, many other satisfied clients.

Dr. Ross Greene, a distinguished clinician and pioneer in the treatment of kids with social, emotional, and behavioral challenges, has worked with thousands of explosive children, and he has good news: these kids aren't attentionseeking, manipulative, or unmotivated, and their parents aren't passive, permissive disciplinarians. Rather, explosive kids are lacking some crucial skills in the domains of flexibility/adaptability, frustration tolerance, and problem solving, and they require a different approach.

Relaxing
This title was helpful in creating a relaxed state while experiencing a migraine. It did not rid me of the migraine, but was certainly helpful in getting my mind, breathing, and muscles to a more relaxed state. I have only listened one time, but I'm willing to give it additional attempts to have a more cumulative effect over time.
