Calming & Very Relaxing

What did you love best about Guided Meditation?

I loved the background music and narrator's soft, calming voice. Both were very relaxing, and I do NOT relax easy. ;)

Sweet Relaxation 🏖

The mindfulness training meditations always leave me in such a blissful state of mind.
I requested this book in exchange for my honest review because at this point I'm addicted to the peaceful way they make me feel.
As you drift to sleep the heaviness just lifts from your body while listening to the soft and soothing narration.
If you're contemplating this book,
just get it!
You won't be disappointed...

Not impressed

The climbing up the ladder then back didn't hypnosis or put me to sleep because of the story behind it was weak.

Very relaxing

I enjoy meditation, but I don't normally use guided meditation. I've been trying a few of the tracks from Mindfulness Training and I've been enjoying them. The background tracks are relaxing and whoever the narrator is she has a really nice voice and a lovely calm delivery. I'm finding myself able to relax and follow the instructions without my mind wondering.

With clear easy to follow instructions this track is suitable for all levels of experience.

Relaxing

Relaxing and calming for sure. Soothing voice. Fun meditation but not the best I've listened to before. It could've gone a little deeper. Still a good one though. I would recommend to people looking for a little step into abundance.

An Excellent Mindfulness Meditation

I listened to this guided meditation last night and loved it. I do guided meditations often and this one was equally as good as the others. I felt relaxed, positive, and even rested. I've listened to Mindfulness Training before and enjoy their work.

These meditations are so worth it. I began doing them after a debilitating back injury but I wish someone had turned me onto these earlier in my life. This is just a no-brainer. Definitely recommended. Also, I didn't even notice the time difference. It doesn't matter. It's not an issue as the meditation is perfect. I'll listen to this agin many times.

The guide's voice was so pleasant to listen to. She has a soft steady tone and speaks where you can hear her perfectly. She's actually one of the best I've heard and hope she continues doing these.

Enjoyable - be glad when the length is fixed

I'm looking forward to Mindfulness Training getting the correct length available and uploaded. Until then, this makes a soothing relaxer for a coffee or lunch break.

Early days yet to see if it makes any change other than lowering my blood pressure when I need a break. Very peaceful.

This isn't the first Indie to have a formatting problem and they're working with Audible to fix it and get the correct length up, so I'm willing to cut them some slack. The rest of their products are excellent. If you're hesitating on this one, check out their 2 in 1 bundle: "Guided Meditation: 2-in-1 Hypnosis Bundle for Manifesting Abundance & Thinking Positive". I got that one at the same time and prefer the option to listen to either or both one after the other.

I'm turning into a fan of Mindfulness' products as they leave me relaxed and in a good mood. Pop your headphones on and chill out in a conference room rather than hitting the breakroom coffee for your eighth slug of caffeine.
