The speaker speaks like a robot- not emotional at all.

Awesome and important subject. Sadly the speakers voice almost sounds like an artificially created sound and is hard to listen to and feel with.

this is not helpful

this is an argument for teaching kids EI. But how to do it..not covered. no tips, tricks or toolkit. useless waste of money and time if you were hoping for learning how to help your kids develop their EI.
