Highly recommended
Highly recommended. If you are looking to learn more about your ego/inner child and why it may function the way it does this book is for you. I found myself rewinding to listen again and often pausing to reflect (not my usual). I’ve read a few of Eckhart Tolle and truly enjoy anything written by Joseph Campbell and I will say this book is a wonderful addition.

Applying vibrational healing to life
I especially enjoyed this book because it presents a broad spectrum of real time examples that demonstrate the power of archetypes in healing. It's healing in present time, useful. I just wish Dr. M would get a different reader; that midwestern twang sometimes is distracting.

For those who are ready
Caroline Myss always tends to come across as authentic no matter what the case. There is something about her attitude and conviction which fuels her words. They penetrate deep if you are ready accept the responsibility with the ultimate knowledge. Caroline's knowledge and openness to all make her hard to pinpoint any egoistical acceptance seeking done by most who claim to have a proven method to healing.
