Publisher's Summary

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) has always been associated to children's developmental problems. However, in the US alone, WebMD.com states that there are about 8,000,000 adults with this problem. Some of them still remain undiagnosed and thus, untreated.

The onset of Adult ADHD may have started off in childhood. About 60 percent of children with ADHD bring the symptoms into adulthood. In some cases symptoms only manifest during adulthood. Or it may be that the symptoms were never diagnosed during the childhood years. Listen to this book to learn more.

Duh?

Most of the information in this is fairly obvious. Get diagnosed, see a professional, etc. I was hoping for something a little more inspired.

Great info for all- can't agree more.

narration - easy to listen to since I struggle reading-

So many times through out - having my wife listen so she can understand what I go thru on a moment by moment.

Short and sweet

I really liked this book because it was informative but condensed. A great book for the newly diagnosed adult.
