Publisher's summary

While the crew of the UN Expeditionary Force's pirate starship Flying Dutchman are enjoying a luxury vacation cruise (not!), UNEF troops are still stranded on an alien-controlled planet.

Major Emily Perkins and her team are busy picking up the pieces, and it's not easy, because there is trouble on Paradise...

A nice side trip away from Skippy

Expeditionary force has grown with this novella, developing characters that branch off from the original story. It is short and can feel under developed in some spots but ultimately satisfying enough. Undoubtedly some of the plot twists developed here will end up in future books. The new character 'Nert' is a delightful addition that i'm sure we will be hearing more from... "good job ; )"

A little too light for the price of admission.

It does feel like half a book at full price. The story is fine and could have served as the basis for another epic adventure the previous installments have gotten us used to, but it feels cut short.

Great for a offshoot story, but overpriced

Great book even if it is lacking Skippy & Joe, but waaaaay overpriced with how short it is.

A little pricey for a short story

A nice introduction to new a new story line. Will it continue or was it a one off?

Good story with some progess.

Great like the previous stories. Too short for me. There was progrss to the story line but I'm not sure where it leaves us with the conditions of the humans on Paradise.

awesome side storyline

this was a great transition into the future of the humans with the ruhar supporting and adopting them into the better side of the war... very interested in seeing where this story can go from here
