I didn’t know I was going to get a bible on Rental Property Investing. Vines knows his stuff and I truly appreciate his brilliance in breaking everything down in simple terms. A must-have for anyone serious about building a rental portfolio.

Great book with great examples!

This is the perfect audio-book for someone who is completely new to rental investing. The author has tried to explain things in super basic terms and I love the pointers and checklists added in there. A must-listenfor all new rental property investors.

Easy to follow, makes the goal feel accessible

Great book for a raw beginner or anyone early in their real estate journey. Lots of useful tips that I’ve already put into action. The author shares his wealth of experience in a very accessible format. Easy listening, yet comprehensive.

Excellent Book!

I've been looking for something geared towards a complete beginner and I've finally found it! MUCH easier to digest the concepts with the author explaining and demonstrating them through the companion online course. Did not expect that!

Great book with great tips and examples

Very well narrated, easy to listen, a lot of examples, financial calculations so it is much easier to understand everything. I would definitely recommend it to someone who is starting with real estate investing and does not know all of the possibilities

Really good beginners guide.

Vines keeps it real, tells it like it is, and shares great tips from his own vast experience. Also, he makes you feel better about failure. Somewhere along the way, we are all going to screw up. I highly recommend this audio-book for anyone wanting to get into real estate.

Step by step guide

This is a good audio-book for newbies to start real estate investment. The step by step flow shows you how to make real estate investment success. It also highlighted the traps and problems you may face if you are not a savvy investors. Good reference book in general.

Great book with detailed explanations

Excellent book. I like to listen to books while I drive. This one has some great information, but I can't take notes while I'm driving, so I'll need to buy a hard copy for my reference library. So for me, this book is worth purchasing in two versions. If you are going to get into real estate investing you will never find a book with all the answers to your questions. But this one is a good one to add to your collection. The author points to many other good sources for information.

Interesting!

An awesome audio-book so far, pretty motivating. I love that they discuss actual figures and that's something that is usually missing. A lot of books tend to repeat themselves conceptually over and over or seem to say "in this book we're going to show you just how to do that" for chapters and never cut to the chase. Great read, especially as an intro to real estate investing. Bigger pockets crew is great, insightful, and helpful!

Real-life examples of successes

If you are a NEWBIE to the real estate business like i am, this audiobook will enlighten you from a different perspective. It's very informative and easy to comprehend to the point if you're looking to purchase property you will become your own realtor with the information. Also, there are examples that I believe helps a great deal. You will not be disappointed after listening this audiobook.

If you want to listen a audiobook about investing, I highly recommend this audiobook. I think if it weren't for people like who actually want to see you succeed, the concept of investing would seem to only be for the rich, but it definitely shows you that anyone with the passion can do it.

Really impressive & Good for beginners

I’ve learned a lot from this audiobook. I was able to buy my four unit apartment with little money down since 4 units and smaller are treated as a single family home.

Probably meant for beginners like me

This was my first Real Estate Investing audiobook to listen and it was helpful. The way the author explains things is easy to understand. I just finished Building Wealth One House at a Time and it got more into the numbers side of things, but still probably more for novice investors .I just started What Every Investor Needs to Know About Cash Flow - definitely more advanced number crunching involved here.
