Publisher's Summary

This audiobook is a powerful program that will give you a deeply personal, revelatory experience of your soul. What is required is that you "enter your castle" and explore with great intent the contents of your "seven mansions" and their many rooms. You'll be introduced to a new spiritual renaissance as Caroline Myss explains the nature of mysticism and its experiences; what it means to be called into mystical service; and how to discover your unique gifts, have an authentic experience of the sacred, become a channel for grace, and more.

This richly meaningful audio experience will help you express your highest potential with grace, and explore a spiritual life that is as deeply directed within as it is toward the world.

Critic Reviews

"Using St. Teresa of Ávila's metaphor of the 'interior castle' as a template, Myss challenges readers to get in touch with their own souls and shows how they can then lead deeper, more joyous lives. Every chapter is packed with meditations that help to either clean out the detritus that prevents spiritual growth or prepare for a mystical meeting with God. Interspersed are supportive stories of those who have gone before on the path....the material clearly springs from a deeply personal place and every page rings with the passion and intensity of someone who has finally found what she was seeking." I couldn't get through it.

I love Caroline Myss, but I could not get through this book (class). Maybe if I was reading it...I am not sure.

Something we all need to hear

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Occasionally we need to be reminded of realities of life. Although the truth sometimes hurts, it will set you free. Listing to Caroline Myss I can't help but feel a sense of renewal. this series has been life changing for me in a beautiful way. She doesn't pull any punches and truly "says it like it is" I highly recommend this series.

What does Caroline Myss bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

The intensity of her voice creates a sense of the importance of her message.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I wanted to listen to this in one sitting, however, small doses allowed me to reflect and journal my thoughts.

Any additional comments?

An amazing series which will lead you on an incredible journey to yourself.

Absolutely HORRIBLE

I spent almost $30 to listen to this obviously mantally disturbed woman berate and shame me all the way through as much of it as I could stand. I am SURE that St. Theresa of Avila would never had said to people who were earnestly trying to learn from her "WHAT KIND OF SPIRITUAL PERSON ARE YOU?". For all of her obvious knowledge, Carolyn Myss comes across as the most arrogant, pompous, and ingratiating person I've ever encountered. PLEASE don't buy this. You'll regret it.

Arrogant!~

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

I used to love Carolyn Myss's books on audio. Now that I've taken a break and tried to listen again, I couldn't. If grace is all around us, as she says, then why not gather some of it up and put it where it belongs! A little humility would go a long way.
