Anxious For Nothing

The best thing I take away from this book is to "Think About What You Think About", "As A Man Thinks so is he". The problem is not the problem, but how you see/look at it.

It was a much needed point, in the right direction.

It was a good book, simple, not too long. I like that it takes than 4 hours to get through it. I feel that I’m much more likely to make time to listen to it again. Books like this, should always be read or listened to a few times, as you’re much more likely to retain all of the information. Between the stories, scripture and metaphors I would recommend it to people struggling with anxiety and those feeling a little lost when it comes to faith in Christ and positive outcomes.

Good except for Christian guilt lecture

good tips for how to overcome anxiety using the Bible and faith in God. There is one negative section that mentions punishment for bad actions and I think that's unnecessary especially for a book that is supposed to reinforce and instill faith and reduce anxious thoughts!

great book

There were so many inspirational and biblical points from this book, that I just want to post pages of the book around the house. I have been dealing with anxiety for several years and am slowly making progress with it and this book was just what I needed to keep me moving in the right direction!

Very light on substance.

Provided Comfort in a Time of Need

I am a spiritual person, not religious. But this audiobook was just what I needed to help put things back into perspective. The narrator had a soothing voice so it made it easy to listen to.

Rudimentary...

Any additional comments?

To summarize the book into a few words: Give up your worries to God.
To me, this is about as helpful as saying “Everything happens for a reason” // “It’s all part of God’s plan” to a person who has unexpectedly lost a loved one.
