I'm glad I didn't let the reviews get to me

I'm a full-time employee and a mother of two and have been wanting to set forth on my real estate career pathway but wanted an overview of what to expect in the industry, I am about to purchase the class to take my licensing exam and this has given me a big insight of what's in store. I was skeptical because there was two reviews of the information being outdated and that the follow along pdf was not available, I have discovered both to be false. The pdf is available as long as you long into audible on a computer which made the information more concrete to understand and follow. As far as the information being outdated, I have been researching as I read to help myself understand things that were not clear at first and every detail I reviewed matched up with what I looked up. I only recommend increasing the speed of the narration because I end up reading faster than the narrator at the original speed.

Great review, some editing errors, especially toward the end of the book

Overall, great verbal review and organization for the exam. His voice was easy to listen to. Overall production, he reads a bit fast and there are a handful of the quizzes that reveal the answer in advance or have editing errors. But, great book, would buy again.

Beware! - Many errors.

This book contains MANY errors. This book does not seem to be specific to North Carolina at ALL. I don't think I even heard them reference NC. The entire structure of "agents" and "brokers" is incorrect. In NC every person with a real estate license is a Broker. Looking for a refund

Outdated please refund

This is very outdated on the subject of brokerage and does not accurately represent North Carolina licensing rules.
