Short but packed full of wisdom!

There were a lot of really powerful tidbits in this book that I found inspiring. These are tidbits that can be applied to any aspect of your life including fitness. A great reminder that being intrinsically motivated is far much better than relying on something else to motivate you!

Amazing Audiobook

Found this at the right time

I have been going through a difficult time and finding it almost impossible to get myself up and motivated - this book came at the right time! Insightful and motivating - what more could you ask for? The book is great, a quick listen, and the narration is good too.

I’m INSPIRED!!!

This book Is truly amazing! The advice and suggestions are life-changing. The author hit the nail on the head when letting us know that we must focus on our development rather than Agonize over things we cannot change. Most of these things may have happened in the past, but we tend to dwell and sit in the negativity.

As the author states, we Must put in the constant effort and resources to achieve our goals. I literally listened to this audiobook from start to finish, and agree with every word. I also appreciate the fact that the author spoke about us being flexible and not behaving as if we already know everything —either about another person or our situation. Putting ourselves in unfamiliar territory, or experiencing uncommon situations that may make us uncomfortable actually BUILDS are development. Although this idea may not be new, most people definitely do not adhere to this. Everyone is more comfortable being in their own shell and their own box, and completely missed the point of this thing called life.

When the author speaks about the importance of us inspiring ourselves, I am reminded of a very popular gospel song called “Encourage Yourself”. This is actually one of my favorite songs. We should not depend on outside sources to encourage or inspire us. Everything we need within ourselves is already there. We just have to be flexible and step out of the box in order to receive it.

I am so encouraged that I came across this audiobook, and would recommend it to anyone and everyone. It is definitely a must read and can change the course of your life for the better.

An easy to follow mindset framework!

The book is well-written and easy to follow. The author provides plenty of examples and tips to help readers get motivated. I especially agree with the part about taking control of your physical fitness and diet as it plays a role in your mindset. Overall, this is a great book for anyone looking for some extra motivation in their life.

Nice, quick, listen

This book is great if you are looking for something quick that will get you motivated and inspired (maybe to even read or listen to longer motivational books). It can get a little repetitive and the wording is sometimes weird, but perhaps that is because of the translation, Overall, I would recommend if you have an hour of your time and you are looking for something straightforward - a little nudge in the right direction, if you will.

Everything is about Mindset

Everything is about Mindest!
I really enjoyed this book: straightforward, quick, concise. I really appreciated the part about "discipline" because we often know what we should do to achieve our goals but what is missing is discipline, is the ability to stay focused even when motivation is low. Great read, absolutely recommended!

What a revelatory book

I love this book. It covers everything you need to know about personal development and progress in life. My highlights were the section on Discipline. More people should make this part of their foundation. Another great section was Emotional intelligence, which is essential for growth in relationships and strengthening connections. The last one was proper health. Many people need to consider how important this is to live a prosperous life. This book is a must-read.
