Habits can form you or break you. Good habits can enrich your life while bad habits can ruin everything. Excellent Ideas

This was a good thing for me to hear so close to the New Year! I've dragged some old bad habits into my marriage and have really wanted/needed to be rid of them. Oddly enough, they didn't bother me when I was single : ) But they are definitely an issue when you have a partner. So...I plan to be more cognizant of these behaviors so I can change them. This book has really helped precipitate that change. Thank you for reminding me about the importance of making that change now and into 2023.

Awesome Practical Tips!

For people like me who has a lot of bad habits, this is a highly recommeded listen! I've struggled quitting smoking back then, always back-sliding. I whish I've listened to this book during those times, it would've definitely made it easier for me. From smoking to hygiene, this well-researched audiobook has a lot of very helpful, practical tips. A very good job by the author!

Very important for everyone
