This is an amazing little audiobook!

I purchased this book for a class and really found it beneficial. It definitely helps one to realize his/her importance in life and how self-love and compassion is integral to being able to fully love and feel compassion for anyone else. As a mom, daughter, and wife, I have pushed my own needs aside for such a long time that I basically forgot about myself.
