This newer edition of the King James Bible published in 1769 is usually preferred by most that read it over the older 1611 version. This 1769 edition is highly sought after due to being more reader/listener friendly than the 1611 since many typos were fixed.... Wow! great voice perfect timing
With audible’s ability to slow his voice down to 0.5X . This is an amazing reading and listening experience. It just takes a few minutes to write down the chapter in your bible by each chapter in the audio recording. Like luke 10 is chapter 54....it takes a few minutes to just write that down beside the chapter in your bible...i can even take note of the minutes and can real specific if i want too.
Thank you Max McLean for this work. Your voice is perfect with audible’s ability to slow you down. If not...it would be very difficult to listen to the Bible read so fast.

My Favorite Audio version of the New Testament
The narration is superb and I love listening to the KJV. My only criticism is that as a compilation, it would be better if each book were a separate "book", so that one doesn't have to figure out what chapter to navigate to to get the a specified book.and chapter number as traditionally designated for the New Testament.The Audible breakdown works okay if one listens to the books of the New Testament in canonical order, but not as well if one wishes to listen to them in some other order.
