Educational information!!

too vague

the information was vague about everything except the names of several fasting diets and what makes them fasts.

after listening to it, I don't feel prepared to follow any of the diets mentiones.

the narrator was clear and had a good pace. I would definitely listen to him again on some other work that had substance.

Worth the time ...

Enjoyed the information. Quick and easy to get the concepts. Enough science to feel like I learned something also. Will try the coffee during my next fasting period. Agree with all if the statements about hunger not being an issue, it has not been a problem for me. I will try some of the recipes that were offered at the end of the reading.

Fantastic. Enjoy this book.

Fasting is so nice. I never have to count my calories. I eat one or two meals a day. I just make sure I fast for 16 hour's a day or more. Most of the fasting is done during sleep.

Excellent book.!!!

I had started the ketogenic diet seven weeks ago. As I progressed with the diet the hunger started disappearing. I began to eat less and less until I would eat one meal a day and wasn't really starving. I worked my way up to fasting longer and longer periods. I am now on day three and no hunger at all. I do not feel weak and work a very busy schedule with hardly any breaks. I have not taken arthritis medications since I started this diet. If you have health problems I encourage you to get this book, it can change your life.

Informative Book!!!

I found this book very interesting and helpful, and have now incorporated intermittent fasting into my life on a regular basis with very encouraging results. Although I don't have diabetes I am severely overweight. I already follow a low carb high fat diet which is also helping and I believe it also makes fasting easier as I don't crave anything.
