What made the experience of listening to Insight Meditation the most enjoyable?
First, there were many settings for this meditation which made the options greater when it came to which kind of background settings I wanted while listening. I enjoyed the first type, which was with calming music. Some of the backgrounds I found a bit annoying (i.e. the chirping forest birds) and others were very, very relaxing.Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
This meditation provided a good opportunity for introspective, which will naturally lead to greater insight. It's a nice way to purposefully become more aware of your life and your surroundings. I definitely felt the difference in my own mindfulness and awareness during and after the meditation. I feel it's one of those meditations you can listen to every day just to stay in tune with your own life experience and not sleep walk through life.Helpful for feeling relaxed & gaining perspective
