Incredibly relaxing and comforting to listen to before sleep. Truly prepares the body and mind for a state of rest. I wish some parts were a bit slower, but it is probably a good pace for most people.

Would you listen to Fall Asleep Faster again? Why?
This is very enjoyable to listen to during sleep or right before heading to bed. Like a natural sleep aid. I've found it quite effective.
Any additional comments?
I like the narrator's voice as it fits the style of the sleep meditation. I find it easy to relax while this is playing.
