Very useful before a flight

What a great way to overcome fears about flying before a flight. I listened the night before, a few nights in a row. I woke up the day of the flight and felt ready to board. It's a change and a nice feeling.

Helps a lot

Flying has never been pleasant for me, but I can manage on shorter flights. It's the longer ones that get me. I've been using this before long business flights and sometimes even during the flight if my nerves start acting up. Thank you. Excellent production!!

Good before a long flight

I normally do fine on short flights, it's the long ones that can make flying a little difficult. Listening to this before and sometimes during the flight helps tremendously.

Oh gosh, glad I found this

I've been having to travel by air a bunch during the holidays and really don't enjoy it at all... all that turbulence gives me anxiety. I've listened to this program before my flight and even during my long haul flights to calm me down, get my mind on something else. It's been very helpful. I still hate flying but they were bareable flights!

Not ONE word about flying in this audio. VERY misleading. WHY make a title with flying even in it?
