Extremely Helpful!

Nice audiobook!

Understanding insomnia!

This is a great tool that will help you understand the causes of your insomnia and ways to overcome it. It is important, especially at my age, to get enough sleep. I am so happy that this audiobook exists! Slowly but surely, I am getting there!

A Bedime Ritual!

The Digital Detox section became my phone's worst enemy (in the best way possible!). The Author and the narrator's insightful guidance, explained the impact of blue light on sleep and recommended putting away electronics at least an hour before bed. This simple change made a big difference in how quickly I fell asleep.
