Good flow, good basic knowledge. I would think this book would be about just right for most readers. As a physician and asked me if I would have preferred it to be a little more technical with current research, etc. it would be nice as well if it included some of the other strategies such as Paleo diet, carbohydrate restrictions, etc. However, overall, for nonmedical people, a good thorough read that flows pretty well.
