Respect For This Author

This book made relaxation a real thing. I would unwind before bedtime and get actual sleep! no more brain working overtime. Simple guidelines helped the novice 'me' master techniques right away. Loved It

The author has written a wonderful book for the beginner meditator. At the same time he helps broaden the meditation practices for the more experienced meditator. I highly recommend this book to anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of the healing benefits of meditation. Lovely Meditations

This guide is intensely relatable. Almost every meditation involved an experience I've encountered or a bodily ailment that could have been eased by the insight within these pages.
