I’m writing this from the hospital... I couldn’t sleep at all last night, and my brain was going 100 mph. This audiobook was like magic. Waw. It helped me take one of the best naps ever, even with nurses coming in and out. The voice is super calming, and the music is gentle af. I actually stayed asleep and woke up feeling normal for once. Definitely keeping this on repeat.

The narrator's voice and soft background music are perfect for falling asleep to, which is super important for this kind of book. Also the writing is great at guiding your brain to a more peaceful place at bedtime, which can be difficult to do on your own. I didn't realize how much your thoughts contribute to the process of falling asleep. This book helps you think in a much more healthy way when it's time to rest. Highly recommended

I occasionally wake up in the middle of the night with anxiety. Listening to the guided meditations in this audiobook has been helping me relax and be able to go back to sleep. The narrator has a gentle, soothing voice. And one of my favorite things is she pauses long enough to give you time to complete each instruction. So many other guided meditations move through too quickly for me. I would highly recommend this audiobook for anyone dealing with anxiety or having a hard time falling asleep.
