Well done!! It really works!! 👏

I'm 3rd shift and trying to get good rest during the day is very hard. I really enjoyed the peaceful, relaxing voice that took me on a journey to achieve a beautiful day's sleep.
I've listened to this book twice now and all I can tell you is... I'm out like a light before the book ends. I don't even remember what all is being said. I just know how I wake up. I'm energized, I'm relaxed, and I have less stress weighing me down. This book really works for me. I'm glad I requested this book in exchange for my honest review because it really served it's purpose!!

Wonderful

I listened to this last night as I was falling asleep. I used the sleep timer on Audible so it would turn of. I slept so peaceful and woke rested. I then listened to this in the morning so I could review it with knowledge. I will definitely use this. I was gifted this book with the understanding that I would leave and honest review.

Perfect for Peaceful Nights Sleep

The relaxing music and soothing voice of the narrator truly allows the listened to get a restful night of sleep. I wish I could say more, but I kept falling asleep.

Soothing and relaxing

This is the 5th audiobook I've heard by this publisher. They're all very much the same. That's not a bad thing but it does make them difficult to review individually.

In all of them, the narrator is calm, nurturing, and non-judgmental. The books get you into a certain mental and emotional space and revolve around a theme.

This book's theme is relaxation and better sleep. All of these series are deeply relaxing and try to put you in the moment; letting go of distractions. This book focuses on such even more so. The calm voice and language is wispy and it's easy to let it flow over you. Whether or not the relaxation remains long term, it definitely succeeds in achieving it while you're listening.

Works like a charm

I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

I listened to this book at bedtime for the last 5 nights and every time I fell asleep before I finished so I would say the audiobook is very successful and delivers. The author has a very soothing voice and the sounds are done very well. I would highly recommend trying it if you need to calm yourself down before bed.

I didn’t feel like I could honestly leave a review until I successfully completed the book so I listened to it today during the day and had to fight the book not to calm me into sleep. I think this is going to be a resource I get continued regular use out of.

A Relaxing Listen

This is a really relaxing listen. I didn't really want to go to sleep but I did become quite relaxed. The narration was alright. I didn't care for all the talking even though it was done soothingly, I just thought it was a bit much. Where this was a relaxing listen it lull me to sleep.

Relaxing

Good Nights Sleep

I wasn't sure if this would help, but I turned this on last night before trying to sleep. The next thing I knew it was time to wake up.



The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed. Mindfulness Training voice was very soothing.

It works!

Short and sweet, this guided meditation is just the right length to let the listener go as deep as they need.

The soothing music, nature sounds and stretches of no dialogue let the listener float in their own visions when not being led. The female voice is soft and calming when she does speak, beginning by telling the listener which position is best before moving the focus to their breath.

It’s a nicely balanced recording that really works to help you relax and meditate. The short run time also means it can be used effectively every day.

Prepare to relax.

I think this book accomplishes what you would expect; deep relaxation with an increased focus on one's own thoughts in the service of keeping the reader in the present moment and reducing anxiety. It's sold at a competitive price as compared to similar reading materials and there is a decent chance you'll become so relaxed you may fall asleep while reading it, so, probably not a good idea to listen to this while driving. The narrator adds much to the relaxation experience through the use of a thoroughly soothing voice. Thank you to the author the narrator and audiobook boom for the complimentary copy of the book in exchange for this fair and unbiased review.
