I don’t usually go for the hypnosis stuff. This was good. It’s more of a guided meditation that relaxes you. It’s great of you remember the techniques she guides you through or if you listen to it every night and let the narrator guide you to sleep with her soothing voice.

At times I wake in the night and am up for 2 hours at a time, This deep sleep hypnosis audiobook has been so helpful in getting back to sleep faster. I find myself less anxious in the moment of me waking and have decreased my awake time by at least half! I highly recommend this if you are having trouble falling asleep or getting back to sleep.

The narrator's voice is very calming and the pacing is good. Not too fast or too slow. I usually toss and turn with a million thoughts running through my head, but this audiobook made my mind quieter

I’ve been using this audiobook for a few nights now, and it’s made falling asleep a lot easier. The voice is gentle, the background music is soothing, and the pacing is just right. I usually have trouble winding down at night, but this helps me relax without trying too hard. It’s a nice addition to my bedtime routine.

It is a perfect book to reduce stress at night and have a good rest. The reader's pace and the meditation exercises are easy to follow. I particularly found the meditation helpful to shut my inner voices up.

I wasn’t sure what to expect at first, but these sleep techniques truly work. I listened during the daytime just to preview it, and to my surprise, I found myself struggling to stay awake—the calming narration and gentle pacing had an immediate effect. That night, I put it to the real test. Using the self-hypnosis techniques, I quickly slipped into a deep, peaceful sleep.
