Love this book.

This is definitely a well thought out book that makes smoothie integration into your daily life easy and doable. I highly recommend it and am highly satisfied with it.

so yummy

The book is well narrated and so easy to follow with ingredients that you can actually find at the local store. I had always been a bit hesitant because I mean what is the point of trying to follow a cook book with ingredients you have to mail order because they are no where to be found. The recipes are easy and well with lots of examples of how beneficial they are. The tastes are so yummy I don't want to have just one day I want them all day long and my kids even love drinking our smoothies.

Tons of smoothie tips

I have been following Simple Green Smoothies online and their recipes are fantastic. This book has been wonderful. It has lots of helpful tips throughout and a great intro on how to get started. The tips throughout are great, almost as good as the recipes.

Excellent book


EXCELLENT BOOK! Loves how it breaks down all the required info needed to become a green smoothie enthusiastic. From basics to experienced, there's a ton of info and recipes for everyone. The 10 Day Kickoff is a great place for beginners to start. I used each recipe for a week, so it gave me 10 weeks of recipes to start. And then the index let's you find recipes based on your desires (health, sweet, workout, etc).

This is the best green smoothie book I own.


This is the best green smoothie book I own. I have a lot of smoothie books, and this one as well as 365 Vegan Smoothies are my absolute 2 favorites. Simple Green Smoothies is top fav for green smoothies, while 365 Vegan Smoothie's is my top favorite for fruit/veg smoothies. The recipes in this book are reliably excellent, which is a hard feat for any cookbook or smoothie book to achieve. Basically, you're guaranteed to really like the majority of these recipes. I throw far less green smoothies out now than I used to before this book, and I'm wasting a lot less organic produce while at the same time drinking more green smoothies.

This book is a "must have"

I really love this book. The recipes are easy, fun to experiment with and are very rich and filling. There are lots of delicious combinations that are fully loaded with all the right nutrients and vitamin your body needs to function at it's best! Once I've found a way to incorporate fruits and veggies into my daily eating habits, I've been stocking up on all different types of produce. the health benefits that each of the fruits and veggies offer gives me the encouragement to stay consistent. Anyone who's serious about investing in their health, this book is a "must have."

PERFECTION

The Green Smoothie Recipe Book is fun to read and has added value to my daily food routine. I have found that my energy level is higher, my blood pressure is lower, and I look forward to having a delicious smoothie. This book has been a game changer in a lifestyle that was heading toward stroke, heart attack, even death. A must read for anyone looking to make a full lifestyle change.

Love This Book

Love this book. I've been making smoothies in my trusts using the recipes in this book. The recipes are simple, easy to understand, and they taste great. The ingredients they recommend are not that hard to find either.

Great info and delicious recipes.

If you are new to green smoothies, this is an excellent book to start with. Very clear directions and explanations, and all the ones I've tried thus far tasted good! The smoothies are good for a meal replacement. I find it a very nice resource book.

Green Smoothie


If you are interested in making green smoothies a part of your life, then this is the book to have. Lots of variety in the recipes, and they taste great! I have a green smoothie almost everyday, and I feel better for it.

I’ve enjoyed smoothies


I’ve enjoyed smoothies from time to time, but have never gotten serious about making them a part of my daily routine. However, now I’ve decided to take the plunge and this book is perfect. Not only are there hundreds of recipes for smoothies, but also thicker creations designed to be eaten with a spoon out of a bowl, and kid friendly options to make even picky eaters want their vegetables!

Great to listen

I also like that the book is differentiated towards the different level of Foodies out there and there are some more "interesting" smoothies! I picked what I thought to be the most disgusting sounding smoothie (it had raw cabbage and golden beets!) and tried it and it was amazing. Raw cabbage makes me gag but honestly, I couldn't taste or smell it in the smoothie.

clear and informative


It never crossed my mind that I was making green smoothies the wrong way until I opened this book. No wonder why I kept getting chunks and some of my ingredients were not mixing in properly! I have read a few green smoothie books and I am so glad that I came across this one! For one, there is not an ever growing list of what a person needs for one recipe. Most of the recipes have only a need for five ingredients. I love that most of the ingredients can be found so easily at grocery stores. I also enjoy how the author places a smoothie recipe under a specific title. I think it helps a person know the benefits of certain smoothies.

A Gold Mine of Information

Written in a simple style the book begins by introducing the green smoothie, usually made with kale or spinach, no artificial colors or flavors, boasting high fiber content, and as a safe natural tool for weight loss. Best Smoothie Book Ever!

All the recipes are simple, healthy and most importantly taste great. Has a lot of very good tips. Well worth buying.
