Not Infomative

The narrator did a great job and came across as really believing in what she was saying. The reason I am giving this book 2 stars is because there are a few things I agree with but a lot that I do not agree with. I do agree with having a support system, therapy and medications (these need to continue not be stopped when you have "recovered") but most of the other ideas I don't agree with. The idea that you can recover from something that is a part of the chemical and physical makeup of a person is giving off false hope to people who can feel pretty hopeless when they get their diagnosis. I highly disagree in managing the disorder and living as close to a normal life as possible. In my opinion this is not a goof book to help if you have bipolar or if you are wanting to understand or help someone with it.
