I received a free code for this book.
Good to hear from someone else's journey on fasting. This is something i've wanted to do for a long time, and have been inspired to give it a go. The author doesn't claim to be a doctor, its just his experience and tips. I did find the reading to be a bit stilted, but after awhile got used to it.
