It’s ok- sound advice but better in book

I found this audiobook way to much about people stories than science and eating plans. Especially trying to understand the section on foods to eat and avoid and how much to eat? Barely skimmed it in this audio book and. Ow I have no way of hearing it again unless I go back and listen to the book again. No idea what chapter it was. I think paper version would be better to have the main part of this subject “what you can eat” handy.

Even though I had already read “The Code Red Revolution,” I wanted to listen to it being narrated to me by Cristy “Code Red “ Nickel. She is real and relatable. Her passion and enthusiasm for this lifestyle is evident.

Cristy explains the science behind this revolutionary weight loss program. She gives you the rules to follow to lose the weight and to maintain as well. There are also testimonials from real people who have successfully lost their weight following this lifestyle.

I recommend this book to anyone who has struggled or is struggling to lose weight with little success. I’ve been a Code Red Rebel for 10 months, lost over 65 pounds, and have maintained my weight for over 5 months. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle, and it really works!

Impressed with Cristy and her Code Red program.

I've been following the program for one week and I've lost 7 pounds. I feel great! I didn't realize how grains were effecting how I felt. The rules are simple and it fits into your lifestyle pretty easy.

It works!

This is a life change. It is totally doable. You follow her advice and it just melts the pound away.. You start looking better and better. Morning weigh ins are exciting.

Best Weight Loss Plan

Cristy makes her weight loss lifestyle so easy to understand, and is so honest and straight forward. Her plan just makes sense!
She includes real life success stories, and gives plenty of real life scenarios and obstacles that will more than likely pop up at one time or another, and gives common sense solutions.
It was fun to listen along; Cristy makes you feel like you're listening to a good friend., and she makes you feel like you're ready to get on this plan, Now!

easy to follow and it works
