Impressed with Cristy and her Code Red program.

I've been following the program for one week and I've lost 7 pounds. I feel great! I didn't realize how grains were effecting how I felt. The rules are simple and it fits into your lifestyle pretty easy.

Even though I had already read “The Code Red Revolution,” I wanted to listen to it being narrated to me by Cristy “Code Red “ Nickel. She is real and relatable. Her passion and enthusiasm for this lifestyle is evident.

Cristy explains the science behind this revolutionary weight loss program. She gives you the rules to follow to lose the weight and to maintain as well. There are also testimonials from real people who have successfully lost their weight following this lifestyle.

I recommend this book to anyone who has struggled or is struggling to lose weight with little success. I’ve been a Code Red Rebel for 10 months, lost over 65 pounds, and have maintained my weight for over 5 months. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle, and it really works!

Love the Code Red Book!

Cristy “Code Red” Nickel made this book enjoyable especially since I have a hard time reading books having trouble with my eyes.
She made it hard to turn off the audible book because I wanted to hear everything about her program. This is my first audible book and I’m sure it won’t be my last.

It literally changed my life. A must listen.

The biggest reference book in my audible library. I have listened to it more than 3 times and individual sections more than I can remember. She says things like:
Drink Water
Sleep well
Stay off carbs
log what you eat
Measure your weight...
Easy said than done in our daily chaotic life. I needed this book to tell me how to actually do these, I needed it to make me see why I should do these. I now do them not for anyone but because I owe it to myself to give myself the life I deserve. It saved my life and my sanity. I lost 12kg in 3 months and I am maintaining it with no stress and no hunger.

It is definitely a life changer.

It is a lifestyle -it is my lifestyle.
