I like it

This book has plenty of useful information. For that reason I give it 5 stars. This book addresses most of the ramifications and different aspects of fasting, intermittent fasting, short and long term fasting, how to cheat on a fast, etc.

A complete Guide

I bought the book when my daughter suggested high fat, low protein, and low carb eating. It is very easy to read. The authors' personalities come through in the listing.

I have done research on fasting.
