FInally, an excercise I can get behind

Yeah, I'm not big on exercising. Never had been a big fan of working out, and doubted I ever would, but when I saw this I had to admit my interest was piqued. I know that Clinger is a big workout guy, and that he probably has a lowdown on how to get down from an exercise routine. So I gave this a listen, I have to say his reasoning is pretty solid, and it isn't a back breaking workout. SO I might just be fitting this into my daily routine. Miller takes the narration chores and does a mighty fine job. He is easy to follow and his instructions are clear and easy to follow. Even though I did receive a promo code for this review it in no way influenced my considerations of the material, and in fact, inspired me to be more honest. In fact, getting a code generally makes me harsher as a reviewer as I am more often concerned what someone like Me will decide based on my review.

This workout was amazing!

During the workout, I could feel the burn in all the muscles I used during sex. This workout definitely targets those muscle that are used during sex. Great workout for anyone trying to be better in bed!

This book definitely works! :)

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Workout That Will Make You Better at Sex?

These exercises are so great in making time in the bedroom more easier and less painful on the body. I think those who don't have sex because they don't have the energy or are physically incapable should definitely listen to this book!
