This author has many meditation books unfortunately for me I did not recognize her name and got this book after swearing that I wouldn't get anything else by her! Though she did not go into her meditation routine (thank God) it was no less uninformative or helpful, the lack of which regarding the title of the book is ridiculous! I hate to say it but her voice perhaps just because of the other books I have bout but annoyed me again. In my opinion SAVE YOUR MONEY this has nothing much to offer AT ALL!!!!!
