Incredible! An absolute must for everyone

Audible’s Announcement
This is the first meditational series that I have listen to and experienced that Audible has made an introduction and trailer for each session. I understand Audible’s intention to make the introduction at the beginning of each meditational, but Audible’s loud blasting trailer at the end of each session is extremely obnoxious and is a real turn off for the listener’s state of mind after having listened to and participated in a meditation. Audible’s end trailer literally quashes the listener’s mood! If Audible did a consensus regarding this opinion they would discover and find that thousands of others who actively practice meditation would agree with me.
Overall Caesar does a good job leading and Instructing the breathing meditational series. Thank you Caesar!

Narrator voice is extremely harsh for meditation
His voice wasn't smooth and relaxing. I kept getting distracted as soon as he spoke. Music is relaxing but narration is way to harsh for this style of the video.

Relaxing Introduction
This was a good introduction for people new to meditation. It takes you through about 5 minutes of meditation, which is not too overwhelming for someone new. He does a good job of making you feel comfortable and relaxed while going through it the first time.

OK Intro to Meditation
Yeah, this program was pretty all right. I really liked the background calming music.
Meditation isn't really my thing, and whenever concepts like auras and "all the light and love in me goes out to all the light and love in you" are mentioned, I want to repeatedly bang my head against the wall. Still, this was good for working on taking periodic breaks, correcting my back posture habits, and learning new breathing techniques. This program includes 20 sessions that introduce different meditation techniques and steadily get longer in length as listeners get used to these sessions. While these are meant to be experienced for 20 days straight, if you miss a day or so it is no big deal at all.
I would recommend this to all those who want to learn more about calming low key meditation on their own time without having to deal with other people at a local exercise class.

Helpful start to a grounding habit
I need this type of guided meditation with the gentle music and comforting voice to center myself for five minutes of peace (minimum) a day. This really helps do thst.

This set is the perfect introduction to meditation
I loved everything about this set of meditations. Ceasar's voice is soothing, and his instructions are clear and easy to follow. The step-by-step progression of the set makes learning about meditation and starting a meditative practice super simple. It felt manageable, so it was easy to complete one each day for 20 days.

A Great Introduction Day to Meditation
I'm the type of person that has always wanted to try meditation but just couldn't ever seem to find the time to fit it into my busy life. Being a single working mom of a 14 yr old son & 11 yr old daughter, my life is constantly on the go & never a time to rest until my head hits the pillow at night. I was thrilled to see audible bring this healthy living genre to audible members for free & looked at this as a perfect opportunity for me to finally start meditation every day. I love that each day there is a different guided exercise & the soothing music played in the background during this mediating time was an added bonus & really helped to calm and relax me during this time. I am really looking forward to continuing on this 4 week journey with a new guided mediation introduced each day.
