Publisher's summary
If I tell you that you can have good energy levels, less risk of cancer, silky smooth hair, glowing, clear skin, less sickness, and stay lean for life, would you consider changing your and your family's lifestyle? All those benefits and more are lying waiting in this audiobook. Save yourself some regret by starting now!
Clean eating is the desire for purity; it's a plan that encourages us to avoid potentially dangerous food or water. Today in this world full of pollution, we are all affected; it's like we're literally surrounded by a cloud of bacteria. There are many bacterial cells as human cells in your body, not counting fungi and viruses. There are parasites living on our skin and all over the place.
“Clean Eating” means revamping your diet, no processed foods, nothing artificially flavored, artificially sweetened, artificially colored, fatty, fried, sugary, refined, or unnatural items.
If you want a healthy weight, then clean eating is the best way to maintain that. Your daily diet should be high in vegetables, fruits, lean meats, and whole grains. You can lose as much as 25 pounds by following the clean eating plan; not only will you feel healthier and more energized, but it will also clear up your mental state and help you avoid seasonal illnesses. Therefore it's important for all of us to get into the habits of eating clean.
“Eating clean" is like nourishing your body to make it healthier and keep your immune system strong, away from toxins and sickness, helping to keep a healthy weight.
Our bodies are meant to be lean and healthy, but the busy lifestyle has deprived that and replaced most of its processes with so-called "convenient" foods. Yes, again, I mean "processed food", which are packed with many toxins but only take so little time to prepare, reheat, and enjoy in front of the television! It's so easy to make people overweight because our bodies move too little!

Our gut is almost as important to us as our brain, yet we know very little about how it works. Gut: The Inside Story is an entertaining, informative tour of the digestive system from the moment we raise a tasty morsel to our lips until the moment our body surrenders the remnants to the toilet bowl. No topic is too lowly for the author's wonder and admiration, from the careful choreography of breaking wind to the precise internal communication required for a cleansing vomit.

Not for me
Clean Eating: The Most Wanted Recipes and Plans for Optimal Health and
Staying Lean for Life
By: Elise Sanders
I've been trying to watch what I eat. I thought this might give me some
ideas.I was not impressed. The exercises recommended can't be done by an
older, arthritic person. The recipes are for ingredients that aren't
sold in my small town, and the calorie count in others are way too high.
I'm sure somebody will find this useful, it just isn't me.
The one thing I'll say is the narration was well done. : Bill Stevens
voice was easy to listen to.
I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have
voluntarily left this review.
