This is my second audible book by Mike Mathews. I’m really enjoying his books so far and looking forward to reading the original; I guess I went backwards. The narration is enjoyable to listen the the content is not only simple and effective, but accessible to all types of people from all walks of life. I’m fortunate to have had access to this material.

I’m a big fan of Mike Matthews so this review might be biased but his material is top notch. The only thing that could’ve made this audiobook better was if it was him talking.

This short book packs a whole lot digestible rich and dense information. It's focus is on covering fat loss and various way of understanding what and why so one can achieve his or her fitness transformation goals.

Like most people I would watch YouTube videos Look at Instagram fitness models and try to repeat or interpret what they would do in order to have a great physique And stay lean. this book Is amazing and teaches you a lot more than any YouTube video I've ever seen.

at first it seems easy to follow. but in a good way he starts throwing numbers at u like a teacher in class and it's hard to remember simply by memory..it's so way worth it tho

I've read a few books from this author and I do enjoy his approach to teaching. I like the honest, open, and even technical approach to these books as I like to understand the "why" and the "how" of many statements that are made. As a result, I feel that this book helps me understand what changes I need to make in my workouts and diet. I also appreciate that he reinforces the statements that this is not easy, it's definitely not, but nothing great came out of something really easy either ;-) so take small progressive steps to get there.

The narrator did a reasonable job of the audio book, a bit emotionless at times but it didn't really phase me too much as I was interested in the content. That being said, I didn't lose focus either and that tells me that narrator did a good enough job to keep me listening. Given the technical explanations at some parts, I had to rewind a few times to make sure I caught the intent of the message, again, this isn't knocking the book or the narrator.

seriously, the best book on cardio, diet, loosing weight, and not muscle, I've ever read. it has clear, science-backed, advise and rules to accomplishing all of the above mentioned things. plus it has some great ideas for cardio that aren't your traditional cardio. and if that isn't enough for you there is some awesome bonus material.
