I had my most beautiful body over 40 years ago when I did bodybuilding. I forgot when I started having kids everything I learned I like other women just did all the next best diet. Big mistake! I am at the heaviest weight I’ve ever been out of my life primarily due to health issues And I want my body back. I am so grateful that I came across this book. It’s an incredible read. It reminded me of all the things I did when I looked at my best and I can’t wait to start and I hope you’ll take it to heart. Thanks, Tom!

Get this book and follow it, all of it. I listened to Tom's approach and following some of his principles started to see results within weeks. Once I decided to really commit and follow his plan to the letter, I got amazing results. within 6 months I lost over 40lbs of fat, put on some muscle. and got off most my meds because my bloodwork all became normal. My Dr. told me I added years to my life and it's all because I followed this book. It takes real work as their is no magic bean to fitness here but the approach will get you where you need to be and doesn't feel like your on a diet or punishing yourself.

This is the only book you’ll ever need to understand how maintain good health and a great physique! I have always struggled with my weight, but this is the only way I’ve found lasting weight management. What do you have to lose, but the gut and health issues??

Tom’s guidance seems easy and it’s nice to hear and read that it’s made a big difference (THE difference) in people’s fitness game that otherwise couldn’t get there. I feel like that is me. Excited to put this into action!
