My life has revolved around hockey for as long as I can remember.

Early morning skates, grueling training camps, and endless road trips. There's never been distractions, no dating, and definitely no one finding out the secret I've kept to myself.

After a night out celebrating a championship win, I find myself in a hotel room with Levi Sexton, my straight teammate and son of a small-town pastor, and Kaylee Peters, the stunning bombshell my captain introduced us to. What begins as a no-strings-attached good time turns into a lot more than what we all thought it would.

Once the three of us decide to make things official, Levi and I have to pretend we're just friends, but he has a secret of his own. One that could shatter everything if his judgmental family ever found out. When Kaylee faces a sudden health crisis, it shocks us to our cores, and suddenly, our relationship feels like it's skating on thin ice.
