Colin Ellis has 20 years of international project and program management experience and knows what it takes to deliver projects of distinction. He's learned that by watching, listening, failing, succeeding and challenging himself to be better. He now works with organizations to put leadership, culture and passion into project management.
I saw Colin at Cisco Live 2017 I Las Vegas which prompted me to buy his book. Then I saw it as an audio book and figured if it was half as good as his live speaking then it would be well worth the purchase. Super I formative, easy to listen to, and can hold your attention on a topic that so many people and businesses need to improve on.
It is a funny, and comprehensive guide book on all key concepts of Project Management.
