Many great ideas, well written summary

This book allows the reader a look behind the curtain to see just how long-lasting cultures are produced, as well as strategies that can be used in our own lives. Satisfying as well as thought-provoking, this book highlights extraordinary motivators like Gregg Popovich as well as the leaders at Pixar. Recommended reading for anyone thinking about making more powerful, longer-lasting partnerships with their friends, or business associates.

My favorite business Go-To book of 2019

I finished The Skill Code a week back and got so much out of it, that I chose to check out the summary of the Culture Code to see if it was on point. His research into the importance of Structure, Safety, and security Sharing Vulnerability, and also Developing Purpose led me to reassess my own management style. I highlighted so many passages that I'm eagerly anticipating reading it again.

Made me want to read the full version.

The culture code seems to have a lot in common with other leadership books that discuss culture. I notice a lot of the ideas seemed to transcend so this is another good way to send those messages home if you don't feel the need to re read other books. If you have read a few books like this I do recommend this one as a quick refresher that can save you some time and get your head back on straight. That is usually what I need

Actionable Steps to shift work-place culture

If you liked Good to Great, you'll find value in this one. If you intend to develop a high-performance team, this summary provides you with lots of examples of how successful businesses succeed and why others have failed. It also gives you a glimpse into imaginative cultures such as Pixar and the service company Zappos. This, in all of the business publications I've reviewed, was brand-new. Most definitely worth a read.
