As the book title says, this is for beginners. Simply goes through some basic concepts such as mean, median, variance etc. and most of the time is spent on explaining how to calculate these and draw charts.

Data analytics can be used in most jobs that I am going to be able to be hired into. In this book I have learn the basics of data analytics and some of its tips. This book discusses everything I needed to know when it comes to analyzing data, transforming, inspecting, cleaning and even creating models out of that data.

Analytics often involves studying past historical data to research potential trends, to analyze the effects of certain decisions or events, or to evaluate the performance of a given tool or scenario.

There's a lot of information in this book. Definitely one you have to pay close attention to, but much better than reading from a physical book. Analyzing data helps us identify the market trend and will help us decide either to expand the business, to make changes or not with less risks on our part.

Audio is better than the other versions, it is more convenient and I can do multi task while listening. I really love it.

Especially valuable in areas rich with recorded information, analytics relies on the simultaneous application of statistics, computer programming and operations research to quantify performance. Most definitely, the narrator of this audio book did a great job in discussing these ideas. It was wisely selected topic and very timely.
Hearing the word data analytics means good to me. It sounds very thorough of data for the past period and analyzed them well to reinforce or to make change either in operation or process which gauge towards greater profitability. This is what I like about the book. So far, the way it was discussed was detailed, highlighting the most important content such as the benefits of big data, techniques for data analytics, association rule mining and so on.
Data analytics has lots of benefits to the company. That's what I realized after hearing those narration about it.
