Publisher's Summary

In the City of Lost Angels, keep your friends close and your demons closer....

For a millennia, Mary Wiles played the good guy. Stay on the path, and all would be well. But now that she has long strayed from the path to heaven, there is nothing stopping her from hunting down those who hurt her and her friends.

Now to save a fellow angel, Mary will have to break all the rules. Unfortunately, that means asking for help from a half-demon she had once called friend.

To find what was lost, Mary will have to help a demon lord cross over to the human plane. But the closer she gets to completing her task, the deeper she gets entangled by their lies. Soon, Mary realizes that not even angels can stave off the fires of hell forever.

More Mary!!!

I'm still loving Mary's path back to heaven. Her attitude just makes her even more awesome and fun to hear about what shes going to do next. I'm really enjoying finding out about her becoming more human in her feelings (and where this is going to lead her). I'm loving it all and I can't wait to find out where this series is going. I'm still loving hearing Valerie's voice narrate and feel she adds more to Mary in a way that I just can't describe.
