Slow Burn

Talk about a slow burn! This book was smoking and I loved every character. I cannot believe it got ended with that cliffhanger and book 2 isn't available on Audible yet!! Its been a while since I listened to a good vampire story!
Narration was on point!

this is the time I have listened to this author and I'm very impressed.

Stupid FMC

I don't think being a maid equals being an idiot. The FMC stays being clumsy and goes overboard with the inner monologue so much that she's literally is like a dear caught in headlights most of the time. Such a blah of a character, She also has like no back story or real history. Its like she never knew anyone until she started working for the vampires. She's also weirdly nosy all the time, its annoying. Also she makes me want to scream when she complains and throws tantrums like a little kid instead of doing the obvious thing and just quitting or at least searching for a new job. Its like every other character is interesting except her, but she gets the most talk time. Yeah, I don't see why this doesn't seem to bother anyone else.

What happens when a self proclaimed klutz is hired to be a maid for 6 sexy and suave Vampires with a home filled with expensive and priceless objects that she is expected to keep in one piece....a laugh out loud adventure that will have you wincing in embarrassment and giggling in pride as our heroine makes verbal sparring with them an art form!

Until the night she learns that not only do vampires exist, but she is currently living with them. All those comments muttered under her breathe, heck even some comments she keeps to herself are not so private, and as if that isn’t enough, now she has to deal with visiting vampires and a really creepy one who wants her.

Follow Piper and her Vampires as she pushes their personal boundaries and forces them to realize that they have never had to deal with a maid quite like her before.

A Sexy Build Up

Down on her luck Piper takes a job as the house maid for a clan of delicious vampires. The sexual tension is thick. While most of the sexy fun happens in Piper’s Head the anticipation keeps you engaged.

Keira and Troy are insanely talented and allow to get lost in the story.

The way the story ends leaves you excited for more. I can’t wait to see what’s in store for Piper and her Vamps.

I read this book a long time ago, but with the craziness of the world, have turned to Audiobooks as a way to pass the time. So I was excited to see that this series is finally making it to audio. I love the world that Erin Bedford has created and her characters are fantastic. Rayne is still my favorite, but Drake is a close second. The narrators to an amazing job of bringing these characters to life and I hope that they continue the series.

Loved it!

This book sucked me in right from the start! The naration was great. I'm looking forward to the next one!

Waiting for the next audio

The narrators did a great job bringing the book to life. I love Pipper's sassiness and the moody vampires. Excited to see where the rest of this story goes.

So much better in audio

The first time I read this story was in a box set and since then the author decided to extend the story and boy oh boy can we say holy freaking cow!!! I love how sassy Piper is and that she refuses to take any crap from the men of the house. All I need to say is THAT ending !!! I need the next book ASAP I love the narrator duo that was chosen for this book and will be looking for more of their work

The House Durant

This was a really good vampire romance, six delicious vampires to choose from, whats a girl to do? Well if you're Piper, you take the last job available to you, destroy a priceless vase, while ignoring the obvious fact that they're vampires! Piper promises to keep her opinions to herself as only the maid, but the've met her, and thats obviously never going to happen! Piper is smitten by each of the Durant brothers in turn, but reality catches up fast when other vampires visit, and she meets Valentine, he may be pretty to look at, but whats beneath the surface is far from pretty. The book ends with a cliff hanger, and I was so disappointed, I can't wait 'til book 2 is available on audiobook!

Oh love it so much with its fabulous narration

Nooooooooo you can't leave it there!!! I'd just got settled and intrigued and then you go and do that! I really like the set up of this book. The way we learns bout their world at the same time she does. It intrigued me from the beginning and carried me all the way through. And oh the narration! Troy Duran and Keira Stevens do a fantastic job with all the characters, breathing extra life into them and wrapping the story around them. I need to know what happens next!!!
