Helpful, Practical Advice

I finished reading this book about a week ago and have accessed one of the audios. I am happy I bought this book and have been using some of the strategies. As a seasoned dieter, I was worried it would be redundant but although some of the ideas sounded familiar, overall this book offers a completely different outlook that has really resonated with me so far. I would recommend this book.

Helpful and easy to read


This is a very interesting book to read that can really help you to question your way of approaching food. I found the section related to emotion extremely accurated and easy to understand. That said, the most important change you’ll ever see starts from whitin yourself.
